SmartKeyword gives you an overview of your Netlinking campaigns carried out via the Marketplace.

To do this,: go to the screen "Project monitoring" > "Campaign manager".

Add a campaign

Click on "add a campaign":

You can add several campaigns depending on your needs, they will all be in draft mode before being validated by our teams.

When creating a campaign, you’re asked for the following information:

  • budget

  • keywords and target pages

  • type of backlink you want to buy (for more information on the different grades of links, click here)

  • duration of the campaign (start and end dates)

Then, you have to fill in information about your theme and your activity to be added into the Netlinking brief sent to our partner sites.

Without this information, your campaign cannot be launched and backlinks can't be added. So watch out for the triangle warning:

To edit the form, click on "modify" in the customer information section:

This notifies us of the campaign creation.

Once we have verified all the information we can launch the campaign.

Please note that once the campaign is launched, you won’t be able to modify or delete it. Its status will change from "draft" to "in progress".

Backlinks follow-up

Once your need is identified by our team and the campaign is launched, you can find the list of suggested and purchased backlinks.

For each backlink, we will indicate the following information:

  • Its quality, i.e. the backlink grade (gold, silver, platinum..)

  • The domain, i.e. the proposed partner site

  • Its Domain Authority

  • Its Trust Flow and Citation Flow (at the domain level)

  • The 3 main Topical Trust Flow (categories recovered from the Majestic tool)

  • Its number of referring domains (DR)

  • Its estimated traffic per month

  • Its status: is it to be validated? is it being written? is it published?

Backlink suggestion:

When a backlink is suggested, its status is displayed as "to be validated" and you will have to validate it via the "actions" column.

Click on the arrow next to the backlink name and you get access to additional information:

  • the keyword associated to the backlink's purchase

  • the TF/CF ratio

  • the backlink's price

  • the deadline for the backlink's publication => D+30 from the date of the suggestion's validation

  • the publication's date (once it is published)

If the backlink does not suit you, its status will change to "refused", our team gets notified of this refusal and we will make other suggestions.

Publication's follow - up

Once validated, we will update the status of the backlink according to the progress of the negotiation with the partner site.

The different status and their meaning :

  • To be validated: you must validate the backlink within 3 days. Past this period, the link will automatically be validated.

  • Accepted / declined: you've made your choice

  • Writing: the partner site accepted the backlink's suggestion from our brief and writes the article

  • Modification: the article is being modified. You have 4 working days to validate the final version of the article otherwise it will be done automatically.

  • Publication: the article containing the backlink has been published

After the publication

Thanks to the backlinks you get access to graphs that follow the Domain Authority's evolution as well as the page's Trust Flow and Citation Flow you push with Netlinking

You can get a more accurate analysis and monitoring of the backlink's impact purchase on your pages.

What happens next?

You will finally have a centralization of all your Netlinking campaigns as well as an overview of the strategy implemented.

Here is an example of what you will see:

Good to know:
