After having imported your keywords in the "My Keywords" tab, you will be able to work on your keywords, i.e. decide on the keywords with high potential that you will have to prioritize.
For each keyword in this tab you can click on the "add a task" button.
You can choose how to work with this content and which user is in charge of it:
This keyword will thus be reported in the "Tasks" tab where you can follow your progress in a Trello type table depending on whether you are going to work on it, whether it is in progress, or whether you have finished working on it. The color codes correspond to the priority level of the task: yellow = high, red = critical, blue = medium, low = green.
By clicking on one of the cards in the table, a new window appears, showing a summary of the keyword to work on. From that new window, you can also find a link that will take you to that keyword’s action plan.
Remember that you can assign this task to a collaborator who has access to your SmartKeyword account or to yourself. You can also annotate the keyword and add a due date.
