You’ve finally received an article containing one of your backlinks but it’s not suitable for several reasons: too broad a theme, not promotional enough, errors concerning the profession, etc.
You want to make changes before it is published? It’s obviously possible!
However, you must send us your feedback within a maximum of 4 working days (see the article on our processes, and the article on deadlines’ extension). Beyond that deadline, we can’t guarantee that the necessary changes will be taken into account.
How to prevent this from happening again in other articles?
Reread the Netlinking brief that was provided to you and add the missing information / details to help the editors: the Netlinking brief is the negotiations’ basis that we carry out with our partners for the articles’ publication on their websites.
Give examples of backlinks that have been posted in the past.
Be as specific as possible about the article’s desired topic, and the company’s value proposition.
If you want certain images / videos of the product not to be used, also indicate it in the brief. You can also add any images you want the websites to use instead.
Good to know:
We always do our best to provide articles written in clear French or English (or other languages ordered), without spelling errors. However, these can sometimes fall between the cracks. No worries, they will be corrected, so don’t hesitate to let us know. 😊
However, if the problem relies with the article’s writing style, unfortunately we will not be able to intervene. The article is published on a third-party website: it must be written according to that website’s charter.
If this is a fairly important criterion for you, don’t hesitate to talk about it with your SEO expert in order to find websites that meet your expectations for next time. You will find all the criteria that we look at before sending you a website or a Netlinking article on this documentation.
